Started in 1991 by Paul and Elsa Raine rapid expansion has followed with offices opening in Potters Bar (1992) and Hatfield (1994).
Over the years Raine and Co have successfully expanded into Lettings and Management, Land, Development, New Homes, Property Investment and Financial Services always ensuring that high levels of service are met and exceeded.
In 2009 Raine and Co opened Raine International, their very own office in Nueva Andalucia, Costa Del Sol, Spain which is being run by Paul Raine and will sell properties in Spain and other Countries across the World.
Due to the strength and reputation of Raine and Co, during January 2010 we will be further expanding into parts of North London and will be covering the Barnet, Finchley, Southgate, Whetstone, Cockfosters and Enfield areas primarily for lettings.
All the Raine and Co sales offices have been chosen by The Home-Sale Network as the Best Independent Estate Agents in Hatfield, Potters Bar and also are members of The National Association of Estate Agents and The Ombudsmen for Estate Agents.
The company has evolved to meet the changing needs of its customers, changing market trends and the advancement of new technologies, Raine and Co the company will always be at the forefront of this profession.
