Michael Marsh FNAEA (Director)
Michael moved to Hatfield with his family in 1978, firstly attending Green Lanes JMI School and then Hatfield School. He started working within the estate agency profession in 1987 at Bennett Estate Agents who were located on the balcony in Hatfield Market Place and has since spent most of his time working within Hatfield apart from a brief spell in North London. Michael joined the company in 1993 and became a director in 1996, he now oversees the land and development department for the company.
Michael became a member of The National Association of Estate Agents in 1991 and was elevated to a Fellow member in 1999.
On Raine and Co Michael said “When we started the company we set out to be different from other estate agents, with an emphasis on a high levels of service and communication. We wanted to create a team of people who enjoyed working together and a business with a reputation that we could be proud of. We are always looking to improve our service and therefore send out “Customer Care Questionnaires” to both buyers and sellers upon legal exchange of contracts, over 80% of these are returned to us and all of them would use us again and would also recommend us to other people”. |
