In 1991, Paul Raine and his wife Elsa founded the Brookmans Park office after realising that there was a huge gap in the local property market for an estate agency that offered a personal, honest and efficient service to sellers and buyers. After many years of working in other property related businesses they were soon able to expand firstly into Potters Bar and then into Hatfield.
This service ethos is evident through every department, office and personnel within the Raine and Co group and as a result the company has continued to far exceed peoples expectations and has enabled expansion into other related services, even in tough market conditions.
Paul and Elsa are now personally and successfully running the Raine International office in Spain and are already showing people on the Costa del Sol what local knowledge and a high standard of service is all about.
