As members of the National Association of Estate Agents and The Ombudsmen Scheme we work within strict guidelines to protect our customers. Not all agents offer this security. We believe that estate agents should be qualified and therefore have vigorous checks and training to ensure that whichever team member you are dealing with, they will understand your needs and be able to assist you.
The Ombudsmen Scheme
As a voluntary member of the Ombudsmen Scheme we agree to abide by the OEA Code of Practice. This sets out a framework within which we operate and sets the standards of service we should provide.
If things go wrong with your sale or purchase (which we sincerely hope it won’t), you can refer your complaint to the Ombudsman for resolution who is completely independent of us, and who will provide a free, fair and sppedy review of your complaint.
The National Association of Estate Agents
As a member we have to complete a minimum entry qualification and are bound by the rules of conduct to offer you a fair deal, without over valuing your home. We also have to provide access to a complaints procedure and have a solid understanding of the market.
Home-Sale Network
Our professional approach and level of service have been recognised by the Home-Sale Network. After mystery shopping us and extensive tests they have invited us to become part of their national network of nearly 750 estate agents.
