Teresa Perry has worked in the fields of Residential Estate Agency and Lettings for over 21 years. All her work experience has been within the Hertfordshire area with 11 of these years spent working in Hatfield.
Having joined the Company in 2001 to concentrate solely on building a Lettings portfolio, Teresa has now built up a large register of various quality properties comprising of both Professional and Student. She has always been available to provide sound honest advice to Landlords regarding the condition of their properties and what is required on an ongoing basis to maintain the standard.
Building on this success has necessitated employing additional staff to ensure her standards are maintained, particularly as she is also responsible for the Property Management division of the Company.
Having established both the Lettings and Management departments which are now equipped with good quality personnel to deal with day to day matters, she is able to concentrate her expertise in dealing with Landlords and Tenants in what can sometimes be delicate and difficult circumstances.
When asked how she views her role as the Area Lettings Manager of Raine and Co she will say: “I have worked hard to achieve this position but what is most enjoyable about working in Lettings & Management is the variety of the job. Both Lettings and Management are an ongoing learning curve mainly due to the legalities involved - you can never assume you know everything – the law is ever changing and that’s what makes the job so interesting”.
