As a company we are never happy to sit still and are always trying to improve our service, marketing and reputation. We send “Customer Care Questionnaires” to both sellers and buyers upon legal exchange of contracts. To date 85% of these have been retuned to us and the average score we have achieved out of 10 is 8.9, all of the returned questionnaires have stated that they would be happy to use us again and are confident to recommend our services to their friends, family and neighbours.
