But undoubtedly where instructing Raine and Co to act for you on either a Fully Managed basis or Letting & Rent Collection, our Landlords benefit from our own in-house legal adviser in times of crisis – late rental payments, unpaid rent, the serving of court papers for rent arrears or possession are all covered by us.

Most Letting Agents cannot offer this legal facility to Landlords. When things get tough – they are not qualified to help you and their advice will be to seek out a suitably qualified solicitor which will cost! There can be nothing more daunting if you are in this unfortunate position.
